Under the Sunshine Act, data on payments and gifts (equal or superior to 10 € TTC) made to healthcare professionals
by medical device and pharmaceutical companies must be publicly available on a searchable national database.
The publication of these data will take place twice a year (on October 1st for the data of the 1st semester of the current year and on April 1st for the data of the 2nd semester of the previous year).
As the national database wasn't ready, the first publications had to be made public on our website. Please find below data for 2012 and 1st semester 2013 :
According to the article 38 of the "Data Protection Act" of January 6th 1978, you have at any time a right of access and rectification to all your personal data by sending an email to Mme THEOBALD
According to the article 32 III of the "Data Protection Act" of January 6th 1978, it is strictly forbidden to copy and use the personal data published in our website without complying with the Act's requirements.
In any case GAMIDA can be responsible of the reuse of the public data present in this section.
